OFFICES, ENTRANCES, RECEPTION AREAS, HALLWAYS, CONFERENCE ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS
Dust and clean all fixtures and office furniture including file cabinets, desks upon request, credenzas, counter tops, display units and window ledges. Spot clean doors, walls, door frames, light switches, phones.
All waste paper receptacles emptied and trash taken to a designated area in the building for storage or removal. New liners installed as needed.
All internal glass partitions and entrance glass dusted; smudges and fingerprints removed.
Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.
All staircases swept daily; bannisters dusted at least weekly; staircases washed at least weekly or as needed.
FLOORS, CARPET, TILE AND CONCRETE
Vacuum all carpeted areas.
All ceramic tile and resilient floor areas dust mopped or swept.
All ceramic tile and resilient floor areas damp mopped.
All concrete floor areas dust mopped or swept.
All concrete floor areas damp mopped as needed.
KITCHENS, CAFETERIAS, LUNCH ROOMS, AND COFFEE AREAS
All kitchen counters, cabinets, tables and sinks cleaned.
All coffee and vending machines wipe down.
All microwaves cleaned inside and out.
RESTROOMS
Clean and polish all dispensers and fixtures. Clean and disinfect wash basins, toilet bowls and urinals.
Clean all tile walls and partitions. Wash all restroom floors.
Clean and disinfect all showers weekly.
Polish all chrome, metal, stainless steel and mirrors.
All paper products restocked; clean dispensers
FLOOR MAINTENANCE, CARPET CLEANING AND WINDOW CLEANING
